If you placed an order & did NOT receive an order confirmation email, the most common reasons for this issue are that 1) the email went to the recipient's spam folder, 2) the email was accidentally deleted by the recipient, or 3) the email address was entered incorrectly. If our previous email(s) were directed to your spam folder, the same problem may occur when we reply to your contact form.
